You CAN use Photoshop but! You make ur picture on paint. Submit it. Then Edit it on Photoshop as you wish. I will judge you on ur Farting Skillz, Pixel Paint Skillz, and ur Photoshopp'n skillz.

Notie: I dun have photoshop. Bwahaha!
